Terms of Service

Effective date: 3 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Inclusive App craft ("we", "us", "our"), a technology company based in Accra, Ghana. They govern your access to and use of inclusiveappcraft.com, our products, courses, and any other services we make available online ("Services"). By using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services in a way that breaks Ghanaian law or any other law that applies to you;
  • interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • upload malware, spam, or content you do not have the right to share;
  • scrape, mirror, or resell the Services without our written permission;
  • use the Services to build a directly competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Client engagements

Any consulting, design, engineering, training, or product engagement between you and Inclusive App craft is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) signed by both parties. That agreement controls scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, ownership of deliverables, warranties, indemnities, and confidentiality. These Terms apply only to your use of this website and any self-serve Services.

4. Purchases, payments, and taxes

Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless indicated otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes such as VAT, NHIL, GETFund, and COVID Levy, which will be added at checkout where required. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Paystack for local payments; Stripe or Paddle where enabled). By making a purchase you also agree to your payment provider's terms. You are responsible for any bank, card, or currency conversion fees charged by your provider.

5. Refunds

  • Courses — 14-day full refund from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
  • Digital products and subscriptions — refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis where the product is materially defective. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and you retain access to the end of the paid period.
  • Services engagements — refund terms are set out in your signed statement of work.

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including the website, source code, designs, logos, brand names, course materials, and written content, are owned by Inclusive App craft or its licensors and are protected by Ghanaian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a licence to host and process it strictly to provide the Services.

7. Third-party links and services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that any specific results will be achieved. Course and blog content is educational and does not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, or engineering advice for your specific situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inclusive App craft and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim, or GHS 500 — whichever is higher. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ghanaian law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Inclusive App craft harmless from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create risk for us or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If that fails within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Accra, Ghana, unless a different forum is required by mandatory law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
